Shannon Cluff
Movement and mindfulness are a way of life for me. I have been a lover of movement my entire life and I thrive on helping others to live fully in their bodies.
I have been teaching yoga and Pilates since 2004 and I owned a studio in Vancouver for 8 years.
I'm a mother, a partner, a teacher trainer and a lover of life. I encourage people I work with to embrace and celebrate their bodies while exploring their potential.
