Bring STRONG&CALM Pilates Method to Your Studio
If quick and easy is your preference then a corporate teacher training for your staff is the way to go. This 4 day intensive teacher training trains up to 5 people to confidently instruct a set Mat Pilates series specifically designed for your studio. This module is 25 hours and includes everything your people will need to integrate Hot or Non-heated Mat Pilates classes into your current schedule, including playlists and on-going mentorship for 6 months post training. After Module One is complete, your instructors are immediately ready to teach classes at your studio.

Once you have had a chance to test-drive STRONG&CALM Pilates at your studio then we can gauge interest from the group to complete Module Two (25 hours) which will prepare them to create sequences on their own and allow everyone to complete their written exam and practicum exam to attain a certification as a professional STRONG&CALM Pilates instructor. Module Two is paid for by the individual instructors and allows to them to teach Pilates at other studios as well as yours. Module Two is usually offered within 6 months of Module One.

$3750.00 (+tax and manuals) for up to 5 instructors
$30.00 per hour for each additional instructor (+tax and manual)
