Here's the lowdown
Teacher trainings run three times a year with start times in February, May and November at three locations across the Lower Mainland in Surrey, Vancouver and Coquitlam.

Each training runs over 4 intensive weekends for 50 hours which includes your written exam and teaching practicum.
​
Cost includes your training hours, training manual and fees for final written exam and practicum as well as group support between the training weekends.
​
All trainings are $2200.00 if paid before the early bird deadline and $2500.00 afterwards.
​
Payment plans are available for all trainings. There are no refunds.

What are the requirements?

at least one year of Mat Pilates and one class with Shannon or at least 10 Mat Pilates classes with Shannon

a clean bill of health and no injuries

a sincere commitment to teaching (this isn't the course to take for purely educational purposes)

When

Where
Time of year is the biggest consideration for most people and then location.
The three locations are close enough to each other that you could travel easily to each one from anywhere across the Lower Mainland.
The Spring training in Vancouver is Hot Pilates focused. However all of the trainings will prepare you to teach Pilates for heated and non-heated classes.
