An exploration into the relationship between strength and softness with an equal split combination of Pilates, Yin and Yoga Nidra. We'll engage both the mind and the body in a powerful way with a dynamic, challenging Pilates class followed by a deep Yin stretch and a cosey guided meditation propped up with bolsters and blankets in a warm candlelit room.
